Our webiste is very clear that the costs quoted are not live and subject to change on confirmation. However, we note that the booking was made via a telephone call and not an order placed online. If the costs were not acceptable you would have been given every opportunity to decline the quote and no booking would have been made. Once your booking is confirmed the information is downloaded into our admin system and a full confirmation is sent including any information relating to the issuance of final travel documents including boarding passes etc. Please check you emails for this information and if in any doubt please email admin@holidaygems.co.uk
