We have received no complaint in this regard and would suggest that an urgent email is sent to customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk With regard to a breakdown, package holidays do not have a breakdown and a total price is given. Again we have appeared to have no issues raised with the correct department prior to departure. We look forward to your soonest communication so that the issue may be addressed.

I did contact reception and have a care taker look at the hob just said cant use it on full..and only two rings .so obviously you need to check your facts..tge holiday was 347 on line he charged me 475 .. soo that is over charging..even the hokiday map of lication which I still have says entertainment ..when I asked reception they said its no summer yet.. so poor advertising..wasnt tokd any of this and when I asked lee to change before I went to portugal he said I cant change ..

exactly ,you as no help when i booked,didnt help when we was sick and needed to get home didnt help arrange flights transfers.was rude and hung up phone..do not use this company my advise.i am complaining to abta..about your service
