AS we do not own the transfer company in resort and act only as agents on their behalf, it is unfortunate that our service has been reviewed negatively. It would appear that a complaint has been emailed today and will be addressed by our complaints department. We regret that a transfer has spoiled an otherwise enjoyable holiday and trust that we are able to resolve the issue with the suppliers involved
