Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, some hotels do withdraw facilities if their occupancy is lower than expected. As we do not own the hotel or contract with them directly, it is very difficult to comment on the day to day running of the hotel. We do trust, though, that the holiday met all your other expectations.
