I have made two phone calls I was kept waiting 9 minutes first time and 5minutes the second Time. I cannot not afford to keep phoning. And I have sent two emails and no reply to them. We have booked to go away and we have two flight numbers at two different airports Please can somebody help A.J.Lucas

Complete rip off, they offer flights at low prices then contact you later to say prices have gone up £90+ per passenger whilst still offering the low prices a week later

The website is clear in that the costs are not live and subject to change at the time of confirmation. If the new costs had been unacceptable, your online order would have not been actioned and no funds taken. The choice to accept the new costs and proceed with the booking was yours

Holiday Gems , explain why your web prices remained low all week after your phoned to say the prices had risen. Did the prices miraculously rise on the day you called and then drop down again immediately after. Complete rubbish!
