Thank you for your feedback. As far as we are aware most companies charge for use of a credit card, but will waive fees for debit or electron cards. However, your comments have been noted and will be sent to our senior management for their information.

The broker used in your booking has chartered the flight and unfortunately this precludes us from making the requests. We regret that this is a matter over which we have no control. Should you arrive at the airport a little earlier than normal, the check in staff may be able to arrange this for you.
