We sincerely apologise for the issues raised. We do rely on our suppliers to provide the correct information, rates and availability when booking their product and we do agree that in this instance the hotel rates and availability were not correct when making the booking. This, unfortunately, is a matter over which we have no control and delayed the response times by our sales agent as she endeavoured to resolve the issue. We do apologise for any inconvenience and trust that your holiday will be wonderful

Why was low cost holidays who where the same price as you quoted able to get the price and when I went and checked the price of the hotel website it was the price you quoted
So please don't insult my Intelligence

As with any supplier/retailer, different contracts may result is a variation of costs. We deal through a UK supplier and do not contract directly with the hotel.
