Whilst we understand your concern, we would advise that if this was a query only would it not have been prudent to advise the sales agent at the time? Once a booking is made on your behalf it immediately becomes subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and this may incur 100% costs. Unfortunately, travel is not subject to a cooling off period. We are not members of ABTA but fully bonded members of the Global Travel Group which is a legally accepted alternative. If you would please supply proof of your claim in this regard we will investigate the matter. We trust that you will have a wonderful break.
