Would definitely book another holiday and recommend such good prices and beautiful hotels warning though a lot of pictures on here are old and hotels have since had upgrades so google the hotels! But...

Hello, we are sorry to hear this but have no association to Love Holidays? You are quoting a Holiday Gems reference. Our transfer providers always give written instructions via your booking paperwork in relation to obtaining a service that is not immediately present. They also provide emergency telephone numbers so that this situation you describe is avoided. If you have however sent in formal complaint about this to the correct team, it will be dealt with inside the timescales in our terms and conditions.

Hi Holiday Gems, Thank you for your reply, this is the only contact I have received from you since our call regarding my initial booking prior to my holiday. I am referring to my holiday with Holiday Gems which I booked via Icelolly.com. Not Love Holidays which I mistyped, my apologies to Love Holidays for my typing error. .
The instructions on my paperwork which I received from Holiday Gems stated that the transfer company would meet me directly at the airport and would either be holding a sign with my name on or a sign with the companies name on. No representative met us at the airport so I went to the companies airport desk to enquire where our transfers was. They checked the list of the corresponding company and they said that our names had not been put on the lists they had for the company, which meant that our transfer did not exist. I then called the emergency number in the paperwork I had received from Holiday Gems and also sent a text message to the same number and there has been no response to date which also meant that we had to find another way to travel back to the airport for our return back home. If someone from Holiday Gems could call me please to refund and compensate for your error. Thank you
