I did not have a good experience with your sales team booked paid for the holiday then was told I had to pay more

Mr Lawson we regret to hear this especially since you ticked to accept the terms and conditions of the website and how it operates. The price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted, you are informed of the next supplier price. We are sorry you were not one of the fortunate customers on this occasion but can assure you that many were.

Not only that once I landed at 8pm I waited 1.45 minutes before I was taken to my hotel the man said I had to wait up to 1 hour but I wanted a lot longer missed my meal but people who arrived after me where taken to the hotels first. The only good thing about the holiday was the hotel.

Not happy that the price I booked my holiday at on site has gone up another £58 when I was contacted by agent to confirm my booking.The price seen is what you should pay.Service on phone was fine.
