Danny King was very friendly and helpful - service was quick and easy. I was disappointed in the condition (cleanliness) of the vehicle when it arrived but all in all it's a great car. Still waiting...

Cars not checked properly nothing what they say on the phone happens. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

At this stage we are a little surprised and saddened to receive this feedback, given that our team have been working with you to resolve the issues and have closed the file, based on your acceptance of a settlement figure. Of course cars do occasionally go wrong but rest assured that when this happens, we are always here to help and put this right, with the most fair and appropriate action. I know that the care team assisted you with your warranty and this covered the part that failed on your car. There’s no way to check this as part of the health check and unfortunately sometimes parts fail.
