We sent several emails regarding shipping and even though the package was mailed with expedited shipping, the business was closed during delivery, so the package has been on hold at USPS awaiting pick up for over 7 days. We’ve sent another email with your shipping information for your convenience. Please let us know if you are able to retrieve the item and if it’s not there, we are more than happy to send a replacement order.

Your joggers were mailed and received within a few days of the placed order and the earrings shipped once they were received to our warehouse. The preorder timeframe was listed on the website, but we will ensure that this is more visible in the future.
