I have to say that Helpful Holidays are excellent at sorting out problems. We had an issue when we arrived at a cottage and they solved the problem in a helpful and very professional way.

I'm sorry it took us a little longer to get back to you than usual. Often, it can take a little while for the owners to let us know if they're happy for a booking to go ahead. Some of the things we need to check with them could be unusual change-over days, children or pets. It's likely that one of these applied to your booking. We wouldn't have wanted to confirm your booking and then have to go back on our word. I hope you have a good holiday.
