Dissapointed that on booking a second 2013 holiday they were unable to offer any discount on a low season week or loyalty bonus as we had already holidayed with them at easter.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy to pay 1/3 deposit in advance. This is not a booking fee (we do not charge any booking fees) but is 1/3 of the weekly rental and is used to secure your holiday as is the same with most holiday companies.
Regards your canine pals, not all of our properties make a charge for dogs, and this will always be down to each individual homeowner to decide. Where a charge is made this is usually to cover the cost of extra cleaning - sadly, as you have already mentioned, not all pet owners are as fastidious as you yourself!
