My only criticism is that you do not seem to be able to update the online booking form and resend it if you have an amendment. Otherwise I can't fault them. Everything has run smoothly and...

Thank you very much for your comments. You are absolutely right, at the moment you can't update the booking form once it's been submitted, this is because essentially this forms the basis of your contract with the homeowner. However, if you need to change your party, or add extra's we are always happy to help with this personally.
