Great customer service

Very helpful, friendly staff both during and after sales. There was a mix up / miscommunication at the beginning regarding admin fees, but they have addressed this.

Web orders are dealt with by one member of the team and, once processed, allocated to an Account Manager who then looks after your account for the duration of the lease. We're looking at this process following your review and will be sure to implement changes if necessary. Sharon you're welcome to look into this; but we haven't even had contact with Scarlet as far as I'm aware and having checked emails. Kind of reiterates my point. Couriers didn't get it right because someone put down the wrong address internally from HardSoft and hence why wasn't delivered as the address didn't exist!

Hello Hilda, we're sorry you feel that there are hidden charges. After speaking with your account manager, it appears that you're referring to the charges for toner cartridges for your leased printer. Unfortunately, as your account manager explained, additional toner cartridges aren't included. Please do get in touch with your account manager if you have any further queries.
