Hassle free insurance renewal. My only issue concerns the sheer volume of paper associated with a renewal. I appreciate that much of which is required by the industry.

We do try to keep the volume of paperwork to a minimum, but as you rightly guessed, these documents are essential as they form part of your contract of insurance. We do have an online portal where you can access your documents 24/7 rather than them being emailed or posted to you. Avia who dealt with the insurance was very helpful and the requests we made were dealt with quickly and efficiently with all the requests that were made to help in a cheerful fashion at all times
