Wait time is way too long!
Easy to book online but description was misleading. I wouldn't have booked if I knew I had to wait 45 minutes - 1 hr. per bus pick-up.

Not very easy. Being that this is 3rd party, nobody found our reservation. it was very frustrating verifying we had a van pickup or a reservation. it took 4 hours on two days to clarify that we were...
