We are very sorry to hear that your item arrived with damage to it.
Whilst we take every care to carefully package all items we send to avoid any damage taking place during transit unfortunately as we use an external courier very occasionally items may arrive with damage to them.
We are always happy to collect and replace any items with problems such as damage free of charge provided they have not already been fitted.
