The service at the Albany store was wonderful as always. Delivery of our new power head was very prompt and the new head is far better than the original.

"In stock" doesn't mean In Stock at the store!
Website advised 'In Stock' but that was the National warehouse, not the store I had chosen for Click & Collect. It took 6 days to be delivered to the store. I could have bought it for the same price...

Hi, We are sorry to hear of any issues with your order. Our system only allows Click & Collect orders to be processed with stores that are showing stock available. We apologise that the stock in the stores system was not up to date. This feedback has been passed onto them to update their stock levels and ensure this doesn't happen again. I asked for help and they refused, bought a vacuum cleaner 6 months ago, stopped working, went back and they are refusing to fix or replace. Still under warranty. Been a customer for so many years...
