It is most regrettable that you have failed to take into consideration the legitimacy of the booking that you personally selected and transmitted to us prior to your very detrimental and derogatory comments left on Feefo.
I would like to refresh as follows:
A.Your online booking form, selection criteria: Standard Room (Ultra Extended Full Board)
B.The confirmation sent on 12th March confirming your selection for Standard Room (Ultra Extended Full Board) C.The charge at the lower rate in accordance with your preference for a Standard Room (Ultra Extended Full Board)
It is therefore conclusive that your allegations are without any form of truth or integrity. Your online booking form was processed in accordance with your preference and requirements.

Thank you for the reply. I have screenshots of my bookings and you are trying to save face by responding to my review. I will recommend to be more transparent and stop scaming holidays makers by charging them higher rate 35% extra for no reasons. Unfortunately you prove to be a scam first by not informing the hotel of my arrival or booking then downgrading my booking and charging me more. Conclusion : À Scam .
