Your reservation was received by us without check-in baggage, and we reached out to you to inform about the same. We contacted you regarding the same issue, and you informed our colleague that you would need to think about it as one of your co-travellers did not have to go through the process. We received your call the next day about tickets for your reservation, and we informed that we are still waiting for your decision regarding baggage. At this point, you decided to go through the reservation without check-in luggage, and the tickets were issued promptly as per your request. We did not keep your reservation on hold, rather presented you with an opportunity to add luggage at a discounted price with several other benefits.
