Hi Gladys, In June you explained you are taking a holiday in July and paid for September explaining you would be back. We are holding your payment on account. We helped your son make quite remarkable improvement. When you joined us he was reluctant to join in, give answers or complete work. Keith - his tutor - did a fantastic job. You were very happy! I don't know who Luke is. I emailed so done from the admin as advised but got no reply to my email. Here is my email address for genie tutors to contact me to resolve this issue. You refuse to refund my one month's payment and you expect t me to be happy with that? Despite my financial and family circumstances, I was still able to pay the bills until the refusal of a refund which you did not clearly state in the beginning? I want the best for my children so would go extra miles for them but would not appreciate being treated this way I just want my refund because I was not told I could not get it even though my children did not attend lessons for a month. It was a standing order payment Thanks

Hello Gladys,

I am sorry to hear about your financial difficulty. Your money is being held on account and I have a record of your last communication with us - explaining that you are taking a holiday. We had prepared for your son's return in September.

I am the person who sat with you for about 45 minutes in early 2018 to explain how we could help your son. After which we agreed to focus on your son's confidence and Maths and English. He showed massive improvements after this.

Hello

I was very surprised to receive feedback like this when I know how well your son has improved while attending and how impressed Keith was with his progress.

I have reviewed all our notes and can confirm that when you signed the agreement on the 26th October 2017 we explained the 30 day cancellation period and a copy was given to you. In June you informed Nasko that you were going on Holiday and he explained that you could have catchups. Keith continued to prepare work throughout July as we were expecting your return.
