Shipping rates are not competitive. Mostly shipping will cost 5 times the value and weight of the goods

One thing I wish You can improve is repackaging service. The time I forwarded my parcels I needed to wait more then 400 parcels to be repacked, so I opted for normal delivery but costs me way too...
