My problem was solved next day with no fuss at all. I have been a customer of Forbes for probably 15-20 years and recently gave the phone number to two friends who are thinking of renting.

Could have been better.

Tv arrived with broken stand spent nearly a week with cardboard wedge holding it up. Surely everything should be checked before coming out to Customer.

All our stock is checked prior to leaving the depot. It could of either happened in transit en route to your property or it could just be a case of the screws maybe being over tightened causing the problem. I can see from the records that we replaced the stand for you and apologies for any inconvenience it may of caused you.

Scheduled delivery of equipment within quoted time. Contract change over by phone for an existing customer as I am is not ideal as all bank details have to be given again, not a recommended procedure...

With regards to the bank details these have to be resubmitted as per the bank to be authenticated for every contract, the details are on a secure banking system for every transaction.
