Happy to use service again

FlyDirect is an excellent service. The only issue we had was the check in desk on our return from Tenerife. Even though we arrived the requested 2 hours before our flight the check in was too slow...

Convenient but expensive flights. The check in process at Tenerife is a shambles. We have flown twice and experienced the same, extremely long wait on both occasions. They need more than 2 staff .

Thank you for you feedback. We agree with paying slightly more to travel hassle-free direct to your destination. We're sorry to hear that you had to experience a long wait at the airport, hopefully this didn't stop you from enjoying your holiday in Tenerife :)

This was so close to being. 5 star review, but an issue with our flights such that our the airline only had one infant twin on their system because of a communication failure reduces it to 4....

HIghly recommended

Flights on time, clean plane and friendly stewards. Much prefer direct flight, although pricier avoids hassle of overnight stay in UK etc. Hotel Jardines de Nivaria excellent as always (3rd visit)....
