Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Having looked at your order, I can see that a complimentary delivery of your original order plus complimentary chocolates was scheduled, however my colleague did not clear the exception from your order, and so this was never sent for dispatch. I am glad to hear that the replacement eventually arrived, and can only apologise for the length of time it took to resolve this issue for you.
A 2 day delivery turned into a 7 day delivery, although the delivery fee was returned it took an e-mail and 2 phone calls to get a result (leaving an 83 year old lady very unhappy).

We are sorry that your order was delivered later than expected. It seems that delivery was originally entered for Good Friday, which is a Public Holiday and we were not delivering that day. Your delivery charge was refunded by means of apology for this, and delivery was arranged for the soonest possible date. Please accept our apologies if this was not explained fully to you when you called our Team.
placed order for delivery prior to easter weekend and the flowers did not arrive until the following tuesday,very dissapointed will never use this site and servce again.

I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched good time for delivery on requested dates. However, the item ordered is from our Postal range, and so with the thousands of orders we send out to them a week, we sometimes encounter late or failed deliveries. We do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on requested dates. Please accept our apologies for any upset caused.

The flowers were fresh and lovely and my mother was delighted.
On the whole apart from one time where the wrong gift and flowers were sent, and had to be replaced (for sisters special anniversay), I have been very pleased with the service and quality of flowers....
