Glad to hear you would book with us again Ms Williams, but sorry to hear you were disappointed in Croft Court 46. Our Owner team has spoken to the owner about it and he will be down in January to assess the situation. Meanwhile, we will be inspecting it this week.

Thank you for your 4 star rating of our service Ms Mitchell. It is much appreciated. It is, however, disappointing to hear there were cleaning short-comings. Our property inspector has spoken to the cleaning company the owner uses and will check the apartment before the next arrival to ensure these issues have been rectified.

FBM were very helpfull when the first cottage owner shut for the wintertime
FBM quickly found us a substitute cottage when the owner of the original cottage decided to close for the winter
