Terrible!!!
Arranged for a collection yesterday between 9-5:30 and waited in all day.
Parcel force never arrived despite paying a premium for 24 hour service for delivery today and insured.

Paid twice £11.49 as the barcode did not work ! no one to talk to their responce within 4 hours is not helpfull at all.

Disappointed
The company never came to collect my expenses parcel.
No contact was made regarding why they weren’t collecting it.
I had to drive it myself 4 hours to its destination

I booked a collection with UPS through Parcel Compare and it took them almost 3 weeks to collect my package and this was after numerous complaint emails.
