Excellent with quick response and good pricing (cheaper than Bunnings). The product is as described. Pity the remote cradle let the side down.

Unfortunately, the remote design for this particular DC model fan is as intended, and there isn’t another compatible remote we can provide at this time. That said, we’ve passed your feedback on to the manufacturer for their future considerations, as we are always looking for ways to improve the product experience. You’re also welcome to troubleshoot with them directly on 1300 552 255 should there be something they can assist with regarding the cradle itself.
