Fan has not arrived to delivery address and I was told I have to go and pick it up. It is a 60km round trip and I don’t drive.
I was also told today that I have to chase this up myself so it appears...

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation, and we fully understand your disappointment with the delivery process. The matter was further complicated due to the remote nature of your location, whereas the courier’s allocated agent was unable to deliver directly to your address and the goods were being held at the halfway point. We were unaware of these limitations when the order was placed, and this has led to the miscommunication regarding the delivery. In our experience customers who reside in rural locations would normally let us know there may be restrictions with how far the courier would travel and we try and work with them on establishing a halfway point such as a general store etc to accommodate a reasonable destination point for the goods to be delivered to. It’s unfortunate this was not the case with your situation. Given the limitations, we tried to work with you by providing further options and we’re happy you have since been able to collect your goods.
