We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the extension rods. We’ve checked our records and can confirm that three items were dispatched being two fans and one separate parcel containing the rods. It’s possible the additional box may have been overlooked during installation.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right fan. Fansonline were the most positive reviews so buying it was a no brainer. Very easy to purchase no going around in circles and then it was delivered...
It was so easy to order my fans.
The customer support is fantastic.
