There is no customer service! The staff offer no Solutions even though I was more than willing to pay more to achieve a quiet fan in my bathroom.

The published noise level of 36 dB(A) for the Fanco Hybrid 150mm is measured in accordance with ISO 3741:2014 under laboratory conditions, as specified by the manufacturer. We do not independently test these products, and rely on manufacturer-provided data, much like other retailers rely on manufacturer specifications for technical details.
