While our returns policy goes beyond our legal obligations required for change of mind, we do take a strict approach regarding open boxes as many times in the past when accepting opened boxes, we found that there were parts missing, the protective wrapping tampered with, parts packed back incorrectly or even damaged and sometimes with not even visible damage. We are committed to sending all our customers brand-new products that have not been compromised in any way, and we trust this is also important to you as a buyer. Whilst these conditions are published on our website, we know not everyone will read the returns policy before purchase, which is why we also include this in the email confirmation of your purchase giving you the opportunity to see the requirement before you receive the goods, and before they are even dispatched. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a service where you can inspect the goods and return them if not suitable for you. This is why we make our returns policy so transparent and offer multiple support channels such as chat, phone and email to ensure customers can ask questions prior to buying and can be confident with their purchase.
