This fan retails at a very affordable price point and is considered an entry-level range for Claro branded ceiling fans offering a 1 year in-home warranty to cover you for any issues in the first year and with a remaining 7 years warranty for the motor (when registered). If you want a ceiling fan that offers a longer in-home warranty, let us know and we can look into some options for you. The fan is also designed to be low in noise when operating, so it appears there may be an issue with yours. The good news is you can have this resolved under warranty. Please view your options either on your invoice or the paperwork that comes with the carton or contact us here so we can assist.

We understand it can be quite confusing with so many smart devices on the market these days to know which one is suitable, and we are always happy to assist people with any questions pre-purchase via phone, email and chat to ensure they are buying exactly what they need. This fan is designed for a seamless installation and is one of our most popular sellers. However, it does sound like you might have an issue that can easily be resolved under warranty and without incurring unnecessary costs from having your electrician return, so please let us know or check the warranty details on your invoice or in the carton to access. We are of course very happy to hear they are beautifully balanced and normally operate very quietly as they should.
