Thank you for your valued feedback. We are truly sorry for the delivery difficulty you have experienced.
As per our terms and conditions deliveries are only ground floor / kerbside, unless something is previously agreed in writing.
Drivers at their own discretion will often help customers as best they can with deliveries, but due to insurance reasons this is often kerbside or reception only.
This of course does not excuse the delivery driver leaving the large goods in the way in reception, and we are sorry for the inconvenience that your staff and patients faced.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delivery difficulty you have experienced.
Generally, drivers will deliver to the address/location specified on the order. Unfortunately, there was not a mention of a delivery point / post room. This of course does not excuse the delivery driver leaving the goods in reception, as drivers do deliver to delivery points if they are seen/easily accessible, before going to reception areas.

I have tried to contact you via telephone to discuss this further and to get a better understanding of exactly what happened. I will continue trying, and I hope to speak to you soon :)
