actually we introduced the 10 euro fee to make it a cheaper alternative for people like yourself who did not want to do a full refresher/Scuba Review after more than 12 months out of the water. I sympathise about the washing facilities, as if you are not staying at our host hotels of Resta Reef/Resta Grand or Moreen Beach then of course there is no dedicated drying area, however we welcome people to make use of the clean fresh water and hangers on the dayboats if they would like to.
