However the logistics company refused to carry the boxes upstairs as per CS promised.

Service was excellent.Phoned to confirm delivery day,which was 7 days after purchase.Phoned again with timeslot.Item was in perfect condition on delivery.I cannot think of anything negative to say...

Coffee table was delivered a couple of days after ordering which was quicker than expected. I had emails confirming delivery details and the driver phoned ahead with an accurate time for delivery....
