From the telephone call to the front desk the customer service was excellent. The facilities on the premises are also excellent. Edinburgh Self Storage did a great job.
The only issue was that my names were swapped so that my first name was written down as my second and it took a while to find me on the system. Otherwise very helpful and kind service
