We are sorry to hear that you purchased additional damage insurance from Budget in addition to the Excess Waiver Insurance you took out with easyCar, as this was not necessary and we try to make this as transparent as possible, up to and including the details of Excess Waiver Insurance printed on your Booking Voucher. During the booking process, when you selected to accept the Excess Waiver Insurance you were advised '...if you take this Excess Waiver Insurance you should not purchase any additional damage insurance available from your supplier upon vehicle collection'. This advice also appears on the Excess Waiver Insurance Certificate. Our general terms and conditions, which you accepted upon making the booking also state: "...We strongly recommend that prior to signing our partner's rental agreement you ensure that the details on this agreement match your easyCar agreement. Any additional purchases made after this has been signed will be your own financial responsibility. Also if you take out easyCar's Excess Waiver Insurance when you collect the car you do NOT need to buy any Additional Damage Insurances that the car rental supplier may offer you...".
