Service has historically been efficient and arrivals always in great condition. I love the surprises that they send along too. Packaging has become environmentally friendlier since past 5 years too...

Thank you so much for your feedback! We do love using the citrus for our household cleaning, it's such a refreshing scent!
We're glad to hear that you're a fan of the Almond Pure-Castile Bar Soap!
We understand that the minimum order can be frustrating at times - the reason we have this is to help pay our team in the warehouse, as well as covering the cost of packaging and maintenance of the website. Your feedback has been noted, should we look to change this value in the future.
fabulous company and the chips in the packaging are bio degradable starch. Thank you Dr Bronner. I've been buying your soaps for 20 years and will continue to do so.
