The process was uncomplicated, which was a big relief as it was quite a big thing to do when planning it for my partner who has dementia and could not do it for himself.

I started my plan with a phone call. The staff member (Diane) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Filling out the paperwork was easy & the finance plans are suitable for all.
