Easy and stress free completion of booking.
Simple process of speaking on the phone - (a few times to make sure we got the best cabin on the cruise we were looking at) and that was it, cruise booked at a great rate.

Cheaper price to friend following morni
If I called the following morning my friend booked the same holiday- same flights and she has £58 pp cheaper with a better room. I have emailed customer service and not had a reply

Mrs Haslam since you booked online for yourself you will know how the online process works and that there is no cooling off period or ability to pricematch when a booking is confirmed unfortunately. Prices can fluctuate as different suppliers are used and we have no control over the offers they present. We do always at the time of booking give the best price available on that date.

Online bookings-best cheap deals
Used this company for holidays to Dubai and Thailand with no hitch. Booked Orlando for October, competitive pricing and nice easy to use website, would recommend 👍🏻

Simple to book but was told that someone would call me - no one did.
Simple to book and great price. The site said that someone would phone and confirm the booking but no one did hence only 3 stars.

Hello we are sorry you appear to have misunderstood the online order process as it is in the email confirming your order is in progress that you will be contacted by a consultant, either by email or by telephone, within the next 72 hours to confirm your arrangements. You were contacted the same day/inside 72 hours and this was by email - which was your final booking paperwork confirmation. There was therefore no requirement for a consultant to telephone.

Danielle was helpful and very patient when I booked my holiday for July, had to call her back a couple of times and was still on the phone after 8pm, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Paid deposit on a friday, email next day to say my balance was overdue when it was actually due 3 august, not april

Mrs Thomas we are sorry this has caused a poorer review than we hope to achieve. We can see that our customer service team has clarified that it was only a portion of money that was due earlier for your flights which is explained in our booking terms as something over which we have no control when an airline requires payment sooner to secure seats.
