Top customer service shame about the website
The website didn't let me enter date of births so I then had to call to book. The man who I spoke to was really helpful and efficient and booked without any further hiccups

Very bad I have sent several messages after a few hrs I booked . They never replied and charging me another 100£ for cancelling the trip despite I have paid £21.00
