Fantastic
Fantastic service, but the 24hrs to confirm my booking after payment was nerve-wracking.. 18hrs later my booking was confirmed and everything went as planned.

We are sorry that getting the hotel confirmation was longer than usual, we are sure you can appreciate that we are subject to the supplier chain and this can impact timescales.
