Excellent service
Excellent service - made a very late booking (travelling within 48 hours) so was slightly nervous but shouldn't have been as everything was sent to me within a few hours of the booking.

Room confirmation incorrect
1. Booked a specific room online, and the confirmation showed this.
2. Received travel documents with incorrect room
3. Raised this with the call center who made the correct change 3 dats before...

We are sorry that despite rectifying the room type issue before travel, you still experienced a problem in resort. However, we provide a 24/7/365 emergency number on your paperwork and in our booking terms that you agreed to when booking online so we are disappointed you did not call this to enable us to help. We have a dedicated team and our call center is not involved in such matters.
