The worst experience from talking to customer service to having to wait over half an hour for the car I paid for in Dubai to pick us up!! Never again!

Mr Wright we regret that you did not appreciate our company policy about processing your online booking and felt that the manner for resolution was not as you personally expected. However, this was dealt with appropriately inside 20 minutes of contact following our reporting a problem to you which required your intervention. We are sorry for the frustration this caused but is was beyond our control.
The local scheduling of transport is done to coincide with flights and external factors such as traffic can affect the timing but this delay does not appear to be excessive. We are none the less sorry that both experiences have caused this review.
