Darren we are sorry to hear this and wish your son a speedy recovery. This forum is not the correct platform for contact. Your travel vouchers do provide an emergency number where you are prevented from travelling within 3 days of your arrangements so that we can assist swiftly. Our customer service email account has an auto reply about their timescales to manage expectation for more general enquiries, and we regret that the emergency contact was not used. However, we can see that our customer service team has now managed to engage and will liaise about your booking moving forward.

@Destinatio2 - thank you for the first 'proactive' response, I have received from your organisation. Please note, I left my mobile number in previous chat and sadly, whilst at the time of writing this response, not one single proactive phone call has been made to me from your company
27th May - Emailed your customer service - appreciate its closed - Im happy to publish my travel toucher on this forum because it provided no emergency telephone numbers to cover events like this.
30th May - Customer service lines reopen, I spoke to Rwda who advised my query would be assigned to a case manager to return my call.
31st May - no response from Desintation2, I follow up again, speak to another agent, my call was cut off, no proactive call or email response from Desintation2.
1st June - I called in again, spoke to Simone who said she would call Royal Caribbean. I asked Simone to reply to my email to confirm her next steps - I received no email.
1st June - via email, I specifically connected Desintation2 via email with the key departments at Royal Caribbean who already have copies of medical certificates/have raised a case file on this booking to help Desintation2 to move matters forward.
2nd June - I emailed Desitnation2 because I received no follow up (call or email)....Im going to call in again today.
Genuinely, this is upsetting, my 15 yr is very upset because he's blaming himself for his triplane leg/ankle fracture which has caused us to miss this holiday and I want to be able to say to my son that Destination2 are helping me to resolve this, instead, he see's me on a computer typing emails to you. Should I be the one the one doing all the work, chasing RCCL, compiling emails with artefacts and calling Destination2.?
Could the individual who replied on behalf Destination2, please call me +447834601570 - I want some help to resolve.
