quite helpful and sold me what I required but cost of telephone call was £2.38 when I thought it would have been a "free phone number" so will not use again

Provided basic cover for short duration break to Poland

I am sorry that you had not received your Debenhams Gift Card.
I note from our records that one was sent to you via email 17.04.2015 and again this was resent 05.06.2015.
