I still have not received the £5 gift voucher promised for taking out the insurance. There were two policies taken out and have not received the voucher for either policy
As I did not have a claim on the insurance I can't really say how well they would have performed under that circumtances

We advise customers that they will receive their gift card within 60 days of purchase. As you purchased your travel insurance with us on 01.05.15, you should receive your voucher in the next few weeks.
